From Naples :

Take the Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole) towards Rome, and get out Cassino.

The hearest train station is Formia. Formia is an important railway hub between Rome and Naples. Once at the train station is possible to take a bus (COTRAL Formia-Gaeta) which stops few metres away from the Hotel main entrance.
